EVERYONE IS THEIR OWN WORK OF ART
AN ARTIST
AT HEART
AN AFFINITY
FOR PEOPLE
A little history...
I fell in love with capturing moments on film at the age of 17 in my 11th grade photography class with a very special teacher. He encouraged me to spend more time creating, in and out of the darkroom-he told me I had an eye and that I had to pursue this thing. I listened and I continued creating.
Continued growth
I went off to university to study photography and split my time between the Ryerson darkroom and the one in my basement. I always had an affinity for capturing the human connection-people and feelings are my jam! I started in fashion photography and moved toward portraiture. I shot my first wedding at 19 and haven’t looked back since. I still remember it like it was yesterday – the adrenaline rush as the ceremony is about to begin, the emotions that pour over me as the recessional starts.
A way of life
I live for the in between moments, they are where the storytelling lives. I can’t wait to tell your story.
